Reaper
I've always found that I could never draw a serious skull so all my death/reapers turn out kind of funny, grinning and pretty much not scary but it somehow works for me. Death works all the time in the world and must have its handful so I figured where else to carry a candle but in the eye socket to help see.

Wolverine
I just couldn't get Wolverine's costume to work, which I guess like all superhero costumes are a bit silly. Instead, I went for his out of costume plaid shirt, jeans and jacket look that he had fairly often in the 90s X-Men cartoon. I still never got why superheroes can't just have plain pants without a colour change where their underwear are.

Car
I think after all these years I'm still developing my language as an illustrator. I remember stylization being the most important things years ago when I was a student and now that fails to really communicate the essence of things. It is really more about how each and everyone communicates with line and tone. Everyone can draw a car or a person, but each of use does it very differently and that's the point. Illustrators seek to communicate with our own graphic language and we develop that as we grow as illustrators and artist.
